This patch updates sdhci.h as Maurus suggestion like following:

From:
#ifdef ...
function()
{
blahblah;
}
#else
function() { }
#endif

To:
function()
{
#ifdef ...
blahblah;
#endif
}

And fixes a couple of typos.
