ocfs2: use OCFS2_INODE_SKIP_ORPHAN_DIR in ocfs2_mknod error path

Mark the inode with flag OCFS2_INODE_SKIP_ORPHAN_DIR in ocfs2_mknod, so we
can kill the inode in case of error.
