Input: add switch for dock events
Add a SW_DOCK switch to input.h. ACPI docks currently send their docking
status as a uevent, but not all docks are ACPI or correspond to a device.
In that case, it makes more sense to simply generate an input event on
docking or undocking.

Input: add option to disable HP SDC driver
Add "no_hpsdc" kernel module option to the hp_sdc driver, so that
the driver can be instructed to not enable the HP SDC port.
This is useful on some older HPPA boxes with HIL keyboard
and HIL mouse where the new HP SDC HIL drivers don't work
yet. By disabling the new hp_sdc driver users are able to use
the older hilkbd driver instead.

Yealink uses two URBs that submit each other. This arrangement
cannot be reliably killed with usb_kill_urb() alone, as there's
a window during which the wrong URB may be killed. The fix is
to introduce a flag.

Input: usbtouchscreen - ignore eGalax screens supporting HID protocol
The newer versions of the eGalax/EETI screen implement the HID protocol.
The device IDs are still the same, but the USB interface descriptor shows
the device being of HID class. Change usbtouchscreen to ignore the HID
models as they are handled properly by usbhid.

Input: atkbd - fix HP 2133 not sending release event for video switch
Video switch key on HP 2133 doesn't send release event, so we
have to create workaround similar to what we do for Dell Latitude,
i.e. perform DMI match for the system and generate 'false' release
event ourselves, so that userspace doesn't think that the key is
stuck forever.

EVIOCSFF) is not working in 32 bit applications running on 64-bit
kernel due to the fact that struct ff_effect contains a pointer,

There are systems that fail in i8042_resume() with
i8042: Can't write CTR to resume
as i8042_command(&i8042_ctr, I8042_CMD_CTL_WCTR) fails even though the
controller claimed itself to be ready before.
One retry after failing write fixes the problems on the failing systems.

Input: rename SW_RADIO to SW_RFKILL_ALL
The SW_RADIO code for EV_SW events has a name that is not descriptive
enough of its intended function, and could induce someone to think
KEY_RADIO is its EV_KEY counterpart, which is false.
Rename it to SW_RFKILL_ALL, and document what this event is for. Keep
the old name around, to avoid userspace ABI breaks.
The SW_RFKILL_ALL event is meant to be used by rfkill master switches. It
is not bound to a particular radio switch type, and usually applies to all
types. It is semantically tied to master rfkill switches that enable or
disable every radio in a system.

Input: wm97xx-core - fix race on PHY init
The chip phy_init() function must be called before the dig_enable() function
but dig_enable() is called when the device is opened and we only call
phy_init() after having reigstered the device, meaning the two can race.
Fix this by doing the phy_init() before we register the input device.

Input: adbhid - capslock and power button fix
If the adbhid module parameter restore_capslock_events is used,
pressing the power button may confuse the capslock state. This is
because the power button release scancode (0xff) is sometimes the same
as the capslock press/release scancode.
This fix adds yet another flag to track the state of the power button
so that it works independently of capslock.

Input: adbhid - fix capslock key state after suspend
If the adbhid module parameter restore_capslock_events is used,
sometimes capslock will get stuck down after resuming.
My fix is to remember the capslock state before suspend and then
ignore the first 'caps lock key down' message after resume if the
capslock LED was on before suspending.

initcalls: Fix m68k build and possible buffer overflow
This patch fixes a build bug on m68k - gcc decides to emit a call to the
strlen library function, which we don't implement.
More importantly - my previous patch "init: don't lose initcall return
values" (commit
e662e1cfd434aa234b72fbc781f1d70211cb785b) had introduced
potential buffer overflow by wrong calculation of string accumulator
size.
Use strlcat() instead, fixing both bugs.
Many thanks Andreas Schwab and Geert Uytterhoeven for helping
to catch and fix the bug.

Clean up 'print_fn_descriptor_symbol()' types
Everybody wants to pass it a function pointer, and in fact, that is what
you _must_ pass it for it to make sense (since it knows that ia64 and
ppc64 use descriptors for function pointers and fetches the actual
address from there).
So don't make the argument be a 'unsigned long' and force everybody to
add a cast.

ext4: Retry block allocation if new blocks are allocated from system zone.
If the block allocator gets blocks out of system zone ext4 calls
ext4_error. But if the file system is mounted with errors=continue
retry block allocation. We need to mark the system zone blocks as
in use to make sure retry don't pick them again
System zone is the block range mapping block bitmap, inode bitmap and inode
table.

upstream kernel bug in the tty code, which caused a BKL

[IA64] fix personality(PER_LINUX32) performance issue
The patch aims to fix a performance issue for the syscall
personality(PER_LINUX32).
On IA-64 box, the syscall personality (PER_LINUX32) has poor performance
because it failed to find the Linux/x86 execution domain. Then it tried
to load the kernel module however it failed always and it used the default
execution domain PER_LINUX instead. Requesting kernel modules is very
expensive. It caused the performance issue. (see the function
lookup_exec_domain in kernel/exec_domain.c).
To resolve the issue, execution domain Linux/x86 is always registered in
initialization time for IA-64 architecture.

[S390] smp: __smp_call_function_map vs cpu_online_map fix.
Both smp_call_function() and __smp_call_function_map() access
cpu_online_map. Both functions run with preemption disabled which
protects for cpus going offline. However new cpus can be added and
therefore the cpu_online_map can change unexpectedly.
So use the call_lock to protect against changes to the cpu_online_map
in start_secondary() and all smp_call_* functions.

[S390] dasd: fix timeout handling in interrupt handler
When the dasd_int_handler is called with an error code instead of
an irb, the associated request should be restarted. This handling
was missing from the -ETIMEDOUT case. In fact it should be done in
any case.

show_free_areas() does this already and is called by the former.
The two outputs only differ in text formatting:
