ALPHA: fix BOOTP image creation

Files:

arch/alpha/boot/bootpz.c

Create a dummy "__kmalloc()" to satisfy the loader; never called.

arch/alpha/boot/tools/objstrip.c

Remove an include that is now (2.6.x) unnecessary.
