ARM: at91: add defconfig for at91sam9g45 family

Defconfig file for at91sam9g45 SoC family:
at91sam9g45, at91sam9g46, at91sam9m10, at91sam9m11.
The Atmel Evaluation Kit for this family is the at91sam9m10g45ek.

It is so useful for automatic compile tests...
