preferred-xorg-versions-X11R7.4: Fix obvious typo
* xcmiscproto was mis-spelled as 'xmiscproto'
as a result when xcmiscproto_1.2.0.bb was added
it started to pull that and 1.2 needs newer 1.4.1 utils-macros
which resulted in wierd configuration errors because we
have set 1.1.6 as PREFERRED_VERSION for X 7.4

libxaw: disable docs building as workaround
* It tries to use groff from buildhost and there is no groff-native
* If groff on host is new enough it works ok, but fails with older grof
* We can create groff-native and enable docs again

contrib: scripts for easy preferred-xorg-versions generation
* live.sh generates conf/distro/include/preferred-xorg-versions-live.inc with
latest versions available at http://xorg.freedesktop.org/releases/individual/
* 7.5.sh generates preferred-xorg-versions-X11R7.5-live.inc with latest
versions available at http://www.x.org/releases/X11R7.5/src/
* Temporary files are created in script directory and contains info
about possible version updates, missing recipes (in "date".log) and
also generated shell commands for copying recipe from older version
etc (in "date".cmd).

xorg: add recipes for X11R7.5 release
* Update conf/distro/include/preferred-xorg-versions-X11R7.5.inc
* Only recipe versions specified in X11R7.5 and available at
http://www.x.org/releases/X11R7.5/src/
Since we are working with 3 different archs (mips/sh3/arm)
we require versions that compile on all those platforms.
We update the gcc/glibc versions so that sh3 starts
building again. We also adjust the imagefile naming
and some minor version settings.

libqpe-opie: Dont inherit opie.
* inhetriting opie caused other problems like
circular dependencies in do_stage task etc.
therefore dont inherit opie just to get a
variable instead define the variable here.
* Add a note about the above in the cvs recipe
so in future updates happens correctly.

minimal: Add 'mplt' to DISTRO_FEATURES.
* As minimal-uclibc includes minimal conf the
distro features get inherited. mplt is not
supported on uclibc yet. So we should disable
it for uclibc/mips based distros.
* Add a note about overriding DISTRO_FEATURES.

gcc: Enable mips plt extentions if DISTRO_FEATURE has mplt.
* Newer gcc (4.4+) has implemented -mplt option to
enable PLT and copy relocation extentions of MIPS ABI
which makes shared code run a lot faster. This feature
is however controlled by DISTRO_FEATURES which should
add 'mplt' to DISTRO_FEATURES to enable it.

eglibc: Add libc_nonshared.a to FILE list in eglibc-dev.
* This file is an essential one even for shared linking so
once one installs libc6-dev package he expects the linking
to work which will not happen without this file as some
start up files refer to functions in this library therefore
package this file in eglibc-dev

portmap 6.0: kill -O2 and replace -fpie with -fPIC.
4fe22eed50ce7c45da30b0efc6106b90281ff5f5 changed the CFLAGS bits to match the
makefiles, but bitbake.conf is what controls optimizations--recipes shouldn't
be forcing -O2, and -fpie can cause problems on some archs, and should be a
distro policy decision regardless.

coreutils: don't patch the autotools files in the native recipes
If we patch autotools files in the native recipes and build them, the make
results in the make rules trying to rerun autoconf, automake, aclocal, etc,
and those don't yet exist when coreutils-native is built. So we split out the
common target (not native) specific bits so that native recipes aren't
including the target recipes, so we can avoid applying those patches for
native. This also avoids some duplication of target bits between the
versions.
java.bbclass: stage all JAR files outside of ARCH related directories
When Java things are build for more then one architecture strange things
happen:
- first architecture builds fine
- next architectures fails to build
Thats due to lack of JAR files as they were built as PACKAGE_ARCH="all"
but staged as PACKAGE_ARCH="TARGET_ARCH" so BitBake do not build them
again but Java classes are unable to find them.
Solution is to stage JAR files to non-ARCH directory. I used
staging/java for it and build tested with stable/2009 and
org.openembedded.dev branches.
