packages/{abiword,gtk}: Do not depend on glibc gconv when compiling for uclibc
Use the TARGET_OS linux override to RDEPEND/RRECOMMEND glibc-gconv modules. I have
tested this only on my uclibc build.

libsdl-qpe 1.2.9: Fix build issue after recent kernel headers and gcc upgrades.
* There was two errors - now well-known PAGE_SIZE one, and, apparently, gcc4.1.2
changed extern "C" rules.

classes/icecc.bbclass : Make sure that PARALLEL_MAKE is set to null if the package is not to use the icecc scheduler.
In this way you don't end up with -jX to be handled by a single cpu/machine
Remove glibc and add glibc-intermediate in the list of packages not use the icecc scheduler

packages/libiconv: Battle libiconv to not use a rpath (and fix the uclibc build)
-Update libiconv to 1.11 (the latest)
-We do not package the LD_PRELOADable libiconv stub
-Try hard to disable the rpath issue and.
--disable-rpath doesn't disable the roath
--disable-rpath=no (wasn't tested and if it works....)
--enable-relocatable says to imply --disable-rpath but that doesn't work.
Also the files can't be regenerated as the Makefile.am doesn't exist and
people patch the Makefile.in.
As a last resort fail back to some GNU sed to patch *-libtool to make sure that
hardcoding of rpaths will fail!
