Patch to fudge screen edges for menu autoscrolling works now
This patch makes it so that when a menu is off the screen and the cursor is within 10px of the edge of the screen the menu is autoscrolled
This normally happens only when you're right at the edge, which is hard to do with a touchscreen

Use bash in entrance_session to get around "entrance quitting right after login" bug
Alter entrance_wrapper to call Xinit scripts (forcefully disable 99gpe-login for now)
Add a Failsafe Session file
Rename Session back to Sessions (config db has been updated accordingly)
Change config db to have all 7 entries filled out (most with Enlightenment) to stop crashes

Remove the step to create a UcSlugC binary image (for upslug), thereby
removing the requirement for linksys firmware - this is a partial fix,
at present linksys firmware is still required to build an image for
upslug, so to use UcSlugC after this it will be necessary, for the
moment, to have an existing OpenSlug or UcSlugC system with reflash.

e-image: Add missing dependency to 'bash' to meta-e-x11 (aka task-enlightenment-x11)

Fix uclibc thumb support - with these patches and by disabling the ARM
specific string asm in uclibc it is possible to run at least some thumb
executables on ucslugc.  The changes can be incorporated into other
distros by setting thumb-interwork in OVERRIDES - the changes do change
the way ARM code executes (necessarily).  (Changes have also been submitted
as bug 385 to uclibc.org).
