[PATCH] wext: Add missing ioctls to 64<->32 conversion

 	Johannes Berg and Michael Buesch noticed that the WPA ioctls
were missing from the 64<->32 bit conversion. This means that when
using a 32 bits userspace on a 64 bit kernel, those ioctls fail.
