This patch fixes kworld fm700 usb-radio hidqurks that handled by
radio-si470x. Removes it from blacklist entry and places it in ignore
entry in hid/hid-core.c

The bug went in through the V4L/DVB tree by commit 6a13378a without
HID maintainer being involved at all.
