linux-handhelds-2.6: Add 2.6.21-hh19.

* Changes since -hh18 are:
1. mach-pxa: Fixed issue with loadable modules which installed custom
handlers for UART ports.
2. htcuniversal: Read-only flash support.
3. hx4700: Switch to use htc-egpio driver and GPIO API.
4. htc-egpio: Allow irq-less mode, fixes.
* This is critical update.
