[ARM] 5301/1: ARM: OMAP: Add missing irq defines

Some McBSP irq defines were missing that should have been added
with the earlier McBSP patches.

Add the missing McBSP irqs, and a few other missing irqs as
defined in linux-omap tree. Also add a blank line to separate
irq defines from the irq line calculations.
