[PATCH] ARM: OMAP: Fixup Kconfig options that don't depend on at least ARCH_OMAP

I just did a quick audit of the Kconfig files that mention
OMAP and have options that don't depend on at least ARCH_OMAP.  Happily
we're down to just two, neither of which are in kernel.org yet.
