REMOVE OMAP LEGACY CODE: Remove old documentation

Looks like Documentation/arm/OMAP is quite out of date
for README and gpio. The only recent one seems to be
omap_pm, which should be queued via the omap pm branch.

Please provide patches against the mainline kernel to
add these back as needed.
