This reverts commit 93c43a8365fae0f188ac091d129542470ddaf62d.

Bind method of "am65_cpsw_nuss" driver will ensure binding of it's child
driver "am65_cpsw_nuss_ports", and there is no need to probe CPSW driver
explicitly.
