kernel: ksysfs.c is implicitly using stat.h

With the module.h usage cleanup, we'll get this:

kernel/ksysfs.c:161: error: ‘S_IRUGO’ undeclared here (not in a function)
make[2]: *** [kernel/ksysfs.o] Error 1
