Minor root hub cleanups:

 - Use unaligned accessors to return status, in case usbcore passes
   a buffer that's not aligned.

 - Fix some glitching on restart (e.g. when switching gadget drivers
   while leaving the OTG-mode musb_hdrc driver loaded).
