Also remove two warnings when CONFIG_SND_DEBUG is not set:

sound/pci/hda/patch_hdmi.c: In function ‘hdmi_intrinsic_event’:
sound/pci/hda/patch_hdmi.c:761:6: warning: unused variable ‘eldv’ [-Wunused-variable]
