USB: uss720: remove duplicate USB device

Commit ecc1624a2fff45780959efbcb73ace18fdb3c58d (USB: misc: uss720.c: add
another vendor/product ID) duplicated entry in the driver's USB device ID
table.  Remove the duplicate.
