Subject: [PATCH] ALSA: hda - Fix SPDIF mute on IDT/STAC codecs

The SPDIF mute switch code seems broken.  It doesn't set unmute bits
properly.  Also it contains the duplicated lines (merge error?) to be
cleaned up.
