Subject: [PATCH] dcache: d_find_alias needn't recheck IS_ROOT &&
 DCACHE_DISCONNECTED

If we get to this point and discover the dentry is not a root dentry, or
not DCACHE_DISCONNECTED--great, we always prefer that anyway.
