Subject: [PATCH] [XFS] Rework DMAPI bulkstat calls in such a way that we can
 directly extract inline attributes out of the bulkstat buffer (for that
 case), rather than using an (extremely expensive for large icount
 filesystems) iget for fetching attrs.
