Subject: [PATCH] lib: bitmap: make nbits parameter of bitmap_full unsigned

The compiler can generate slightly smaller and simpler code when it
knows that "nbits" is non-negative.  Since no-one passes a negative
bit-count, this shouldn't affect the semantics.
