Subject: [PATCH] [SERIAL] Make uart_line_info() correctly tell MMIO from I/O
 port

/proc/tty/driver/serial incorrectly claims that UARTs having iotype of
UPIO_MEM32, UPIO_AU, or UPIO_TSI are I/O mapped.
