Subject: [PATCH] ceph: implement hidden per-field ceph.*.layout.* vxattrs

Allow individual fields of the layout to be fetched via getxattr.
The ceph.dir.layout.* vxattr with "disappear" if the exists_cb
indicates there no dir layout set.
