Subject: [PATCH] misc: debug: remove compilation warnings

typecast instruction_pointer macro to unsigned long to
resolve following compiler warnings like
warning: format '%lx' expects argument of type 'long unsigned int',
but argument 2 has type 'u64' [-Wformat]
