Subject: [PATCH] [POWERPC] Don't build arch/powerpc/sysdev/dcr.c for ARCH=ppc
 kernels

dcr.c is an arch/powerpc only thing.  Compiling ppc405 arch/ppc kernels
throws warnings without this change.
