Subject: [PATCH] ARM: Ensure experimental options are so marked

It is kernel-wide policy that options depending on EXPERIMENTAL should
also have '(EXPERIMENTAL)' in their option text, and options with
'(EXPERIMENTAL)' depend on EXPERIMENTAL.

Ensure that all ARM options comply with this.
