Subject: [PATCH] regulator: lp3971: Convert to use
 regulator_map_voltage_ascend

All regulators have ascendant voltage list in this driver.
Thus use regulator_map_voltage_ascend is more efficient than the default
regulator_map_voltage_iterate.
