Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] ppc64 kprobes: don't eat dabr/iabr exceptions

Kprobes was eating the hardware instruction and data address
breakpoint exceptions.  This patch fixes it; kprobes doesn't use those
exceptions at all and should ignore them.
