Subject: [PATCH] NFS: numeric mount parameters are unsigned

Clean up: use %u instead of %d when displaying NFS mount options.

Nit: Fix reporting of "namlen=" option in nfs_show_mount_stats.  The mount
option is called "namlen" without the "e".
