Subject: [PATCH] xen-blkfront: replace kmalloc and then memcpy with kmemdup

The benefits are:
* code is cleaner
* kmemdup adds additional debugging info useful for tracking the real
place where memory was allocated (CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB).
