Subject: [PATCH] sh: Build drivers/sh for ARM-based SH-Mobile CPUs.

Build drivers/sh in the case of ARM-based SH-Mobile CPUs.
Shared code for the interrupt controller (INTC) and
the gpio/pinmux (PFC) is located there.
