REMOVE OMAP LEGACY CODE: Remove omap extra version in Makefile

This way anybody can pull the linux-omap tree into their kernel
tree without messing up other architectures.

Note that now you also have to set env for the cross compiler:
$ make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=/path/to/your/arm-compiler- zImage
