cbus: Fix compile for 770

Recent changes changed omap_otg_init. Rename tahvo specific init
to tahvo_usb_init to avoid the following error:

tahvo-usb.c:151: error: conflicting types for 'omap_otg_init'
include/plat/usb.h:95: error: previous declaration of 'omap_otg_init' was here
