[PATCH] fix the defaults mentioned in Documentation/nfsroot.txt

This patch fixes the documentation of nfsroot to match NFS_DEF_FILE_IO_SIZE.

Or perhaps we need to change NFS_DEF_FILE_IO_SIZE to match the
documentation?
