Subject: [PATCH] x86: OLPC: Hide OLPC_OPENFIRMWARE config switch

OLPC selects OLPC_OPENFIRMWARE unconditionally. If OLPC=n then
the OLPC_OPENFIRMWARE functionality is pointless.
