Subject: [PATCH] ARM: 8332/1: add CONFIG_VDSO Kconfig and Makefile bits

Allow users to enable the vdso in Kconfig; include the vdso in the
build if CONFIG_VDSO is enabled.  Add 'vdso_install' target.
