Subject: [PATCH] target: correctly handle match_int errors in FILEIO + PSCSI

This patch correctly handles match_int() errors in FILEIO + PSCSI
backend parameter parsing, which can potentially fail due to a
memory allocation failure or invalid argument.

Found by coverity.
