Subject: [PATCH] ceph: queue vmtruncate if necessary when handing cap
 grant/revoke

cap grant/revoke message from non-auth MDS can update inode's size
and truncate_seq/truncate_size. (the message arrives before auth
MDS's cap trunc message)
