Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] synchronize_tsc() fixes

- Move the tsc synchronisation variables into a struct, mark it __initdata

- local `realdelta' wants to be 64-bit

- Print the skew for negative skews, as well as for positive ones

- remove dead code
