Subject: [PATCH] mmc: sdhci-pci: disable preset register for Baytrail and
 Merrifield

Due to HW issue, SDHCI host controller on Intel
Baytrail/Merrifield platforms can not use preset
register. So, disable preset registers for them by quirks.
