Subject: [PATCH] target: Send UA upon LUN RESET tmr completion

SAM mandates that an BUS DEVICE RESET FUNCTION OCCURRED
UA needs to be send after a LUN RESET tmr has completed.

(Update to use target_ua_allocate_lun - hch)
