Subject: [PATCH] usb: gadget: printer: call gprinter_setup() from gadget's
 bind

Call gprinter_setup() from gadget's bind instead of module's init.
Call gprinter_cleaup() corerspondingly. This detaches printer function's
logic from legacy printer gadget's implementation.
