Subject: [PATCH] bnx2x: Add BD support for storage

Commit 230d00eb4bfe ("bnx2x: new Multi-function mode - BD") adds support
for the new mode in bnx2x. This expands this support by implementing
APIs required by our storage drivers to support that mode.
