Subject: [PATCH] [media] bt8xxx: Use monotonic time

Wall time obtained from do_gettimeofday is susceptible to sudden jumps due to
user setting the time or due to NTP.

Monotonic time is constantly increasing time better suited for comparing two
timestamps.
