Subject: [PATCH] ARM: 8039/1: pj4: enable iWMMXt only if CONFIG_IWMMXT is set

This fixes PJ4 coprocessor init to only expose iWMMXt capabilities,
if the corresponding kernel support for iWMMXt is enabled.
