Subject: [PATCH] iommu: shmobile: Enable driver compilation with COMPILE_TEST

This helps increasing build testing coverage.

The driver doesn't compile on non-ARM platforms due to usage of the ARM
DMA IOMMU API, restrict compilation to ARM.
