Subject: [PATCH] Documentation: dt: add the omap hwspinlock bindings document

HwSpinlock IP is present only on OMAP4 and other newer SoCs,
which are all device-tree boot only. This patch adds the
DT bindings information for OMAP hwspinlock module.
