Subject: [PATCH] NFSv4.1: Allow parallel OPEN/OPEN_DOWNGRADE/CLOSE

Remove the serialisation of OPEN/OPEN_DOWNGRADE and CLOSE calls for the
case of NFSv4.1 and newer.
